Ordering information
All payments are made through Paypal or Stripe and can be made using all major debit and credit cards. If you would rather pay by another method, such as personal cheque (UK only) or bank transfer, please place your order by email or telephone

Delivery Times
Every piece is made by hand in Buddug's Studio in Cardiff.
Buddug will make and deliver every order within 2 weeks except personalised items which take 3-4 weeks.
If you require an item for a specific date or really urgently, please contact Buddug before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. Buddug will do her best to meet any deadlines.
Personalisation Items
Please double check all spellings on all personalised orders. Buddug will use what you give. If Buddug makes any mistakes, she will re-make and replace quickly.
Delivery Charges
UK Shipping Charges
Buddug uses Royal Mail Signed for delivery service in the UK for small items.
If the items hasn't arrived within the expected delivery times please e-mail buddug@buddug.com and we will give you a tracking number.
Buddug used Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce for larger items
International Shipping
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of my business orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.
Returns Policy
I hope you will be delighted with your piece by Buddug, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to adjust or exchange your item.
If this is the case please contact Buddug within 7 days and return your item within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk. It is recommend that you use tracking service. Postage will be refunded only if the item or an error has been made by Buddug in the original order.

Repairs
Buddug is happy to carry out repairs of her jewellery. Please contact her with a description of what is wrong so that she can provide you with information on how to proceed and a repair quote. If your chain has broken you can order a chain and attach yourself, i do solder the jump rings, so it might be easier for me to attach...

It is our policy to ensure you have a secure visit to this website. Information will never be passed to any third party. Financial information is used only to charge you for the items you are purchasing.
Payments are made using the secure transaction services of Paypal/Stripe. Since this service is completely independent and your credit card details are not divulged at any time.
